Returns & Refunds

We take great care to ensure that you are entirely happy with your purchase.

In the event you are not completely satisfied or have issues with your order, products may be returned within 14 days.

Returns of full-priced items

Refunds are available for all full priced items – items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Items received thereafter may be declined.

Items must be returned in their original condition including ALL tags and must not have been worn. We will credit your original method of payment within 10 working days of return of your item minus the original shipping charge. (if applicable).

 

Returns of sale-priced items

Sales items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for change of mind, wrong size selection. All items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE.

All full price items purchased during a sale period will be eligible for a exchange or credit note. No refunds will be accepted 

 

Shipping charges

The cost of the return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non- refundable.

Please note all SALE items are final. No exchanges or refunds allowed on sale items.

How to return?

Send your purchase back to us within 14 days from the date your parcel was delivered. Head to your local post office and post your returning parcel to:

We highly recommend you return your parcel with registered post, this way you can track your parcel and make sure that it reaches us safe and sound. When your parcel arrives we will contact you and refund your order within 10 business days. It may take up to 3-4 business days for your account to be credited. We will not accept returns on worn, damaged or items that are not in a resalable condition.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email us at HELP@SHUTTLECOCKZONE.COM with photos, your order number and details of the fault and we will endeavour to arrange a replacement or a refund for you as quickly as possible, based on an assessment from the customer service team.

If we deem your item faulty, then your refund will be processed (please allow 1 week processing time). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
