What is the size of the products?

– all size chart are put under the images

There are other products in the Decathlon shop in my country, can I make a purchase and have it delivered?

– please fill in the “Help Me Check” form and we will check it for you

What payment methods can I use?

– currently we only accept payment via PayPal

I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?

– if the order is made before 10pm EST (it will be shipped the next working day)

How long does it take for my order to be delivered to me?

– About 10-21 days. We will notify you once the item is sent

How can I change or cancel my order?

– If you want to change or cancel the order , please inform us within 1 hour after order is made

If I am not satisfied with my purchase, how can I return it?

– Contact us if you are not happy with the purchase. Normally we would request u to return the product however u will be liable for the shipping charges.

I have returned the purchase, when would the refund be completed?

– Within 10 business days after we have received the return goods
